How to put name and date on your photo
- Choose a recent passport-size photo with a plain, light background.
- Type your name exactly as in the application form. Capital letters are on by default.
- Pick the date the photo was taken and the date format your notice uses.
- Enter the pixel size and KB range from the notification, check the ✔ marks, and download.
फोटो चुनें, नाम (फॉर्म जैसा ही) और फोटो खिंचने की तारीख डालें, नोटिफिकेशन वाला साइज़ और KB भरें, और JPG डाउनलोड करें।
Name and date on photo for NEET, JEE, SSC and other forms
Students filling NEET, JEE, SSC, railway, state police or university forms often hear that the photo needs the candidate's name and the date it was taken printed below the face. Some notifications do ask for this; many don't, and a few reject photos with any text on them. The rule can also change from one year's notification to the next, so always follow the current information bulletin of your exam rather than what a friend used last year.
When your notice does ask for it, it usually also fixes the photo size, the KB range and sometimes the date format. Enter all of them here: the tool fits the white strip inside the exact pixel size, keeps the face unstretched, and checks the KB before you download — so you don't need a photo studio or a separate editing app.
NEET, JEE, SSC या किसी भी फॉर्म के लिए पहले अपना नोटिफिकेशन देखें — अगर उसमें फोटो के नीचे नाम और तारीख माँगी गई है, तभी यह विकल्प इस्तेमाल करें।
Tips
- Keep the name the same as on your form and ID — spelling differences can cause problems at verification.
- If the name looks too small, choose a larger text size or shorten a middle name only if your notice allows it.
- No name needed? Use the plain exam photo resize tool, and the signature resize tool for your signature.
